New Quality of Life Additions

Hello and thank you for your patience!

I have updated Ice Skater GBA to now include a Level Select screen. It shows all of the levels you have currently unlocked so you can go back and play previous levels without having to climb your way back up. 

I have also upgraded the Pause menu to have 4 options: Continue, Restart, Level Select, and Title (in that order).

The game still automatically saves your progress every time a level is cleared so there is no need to worry about losing your progress.

I have also cleaned up and optimized my code to make it easier to read. I havent added any new levels yet, but it is in the works, as well as a new potential obstacle.
