Progress Log #2


Hello!

I been working constantly, adding new enemies/characters, "beautifying" the levels and UI and adding more features and mechanics.  Here some of the things I have added:

  • I have added Guards at the back of each row to protect the player.  The guards are considered the players lives and when all guards are defeated, the player loses the game. When a Guard dies, that row can no longer be used by the enemies or the player. So no enemies will spawn on it, and the player cannot place any characters on it. However the number of enemies spawning does not change. This means that the enemies will be more concentrated in the areas that are still available, making the game constantly harder, the more lives you lose. 
  • I have added some more enemies for the player to battle against
  • Endless level is in the works for a demo
    • The plan is to make a endless level for each Realm that the player unlocks, however for the first version of the Demo, only the first level will be available, and with a set list of playable characters. 

Overall, work is going quite smoothly and I am really trying to push this game out as soon as I possibly can.

Take your time man no rush. I'm enjoying the current version of the game i don't know about other platform but it's a bit janky on Android still play just fine though

Thanks! I'm really glad you're enjoying it. The last release was quite old so it makes sense its a bit janky. I'm doing a complete revamp of it, so I'm hoping it will fix alot of issues that were happening before.
